Course Maintenence This is just a reminder that essential coring work is due to take place at the start of next week. The work is essential to maintaining the quality putting greens that you have had the pleasure of playing on in recent years. As you may have noticed in recent weeks, it doesn’t take a lot of rain for the greens to start flooding. This is due to the amount of thatch build up in the surfaces, coring will remove this and allow air into the greens, allowing them to drain better and become firmer again. Please note that the green staff have full priority over golfers during this work.
