Although a little quieter runs this week with some poor weather, we never stop working and thinking ahead.

The success of Under Armour this year has been well recognized.

We'll be ramping up our ranges going forward and this week we've had our orders for 2021 already and have increased our range due to the sales this year.

We have also ordered the FootJoy apparel range for 2021 and the quality of the FootJoy clothing is superb. This will hopefully drive shop sales-forward and enhance our reputation for offering quality brands in store.

Look out for these ranges in March next year.

Club Repairs

We offer full club repair service from re-gripping, lofts and lie adjustments and re-shafting.

Grips start from £5.00 and we have a Free Grip Tool when you have 8 or more club re-gripped.

A busy week of competition sees our club championship finals played out on a lovely day on Sunday.

Just to let you know another winner this week.

After a 5-year absence tournament, I won the Deer Park Masters on my competitive return to golf. A tied 1st but a win none the less.

I have a little help from Scott checking my takeaway the other day and everything felt pretty good.

Win number 26 of my tartan tour career and good to know there is life in the old dog yet.

Another World Number 1

Jon Rahm’s stint at the top of the rankings lasted just a single week. All eyes were on Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson to challenge the Spaniard for that top-of-the-world spot. But it was Justin Thomas, slipping under the radar, who reclaimed it with a win at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational.

If Thomas had gone under the radar beforehand, he certainly didn’t on Sunday. A combination of pink trousers and outstanding golf saw the 27-year-old steal the show, coming from four shots behind overnight leader Brendon Todd, he overtook the likes of Koepka and Rickie Fowler with a 5-under 65 at TPC Southwind.

Golf is a very seasonal sport. At this time of year, whilst harder fairways can have your tee shots running for miles, getting your ball to stop quickly on the greens can become a bit of a problem!
